Katy Chadwick - Director of Fulfillment

I joined Mid-West Family of Northern Illinois in 2014 as an Account Executive. Today I am the Director of Fulfillment, where I connect our sales and programming teams to deliver superior service and products.

Prior to Mid-West Family of Northern Illinois, I was the Employment Solutions Manager at workplace. During my tenure at workplace, I helped the company connect local businesses with candidates that fit their staffing needs.

I am a graduate of University of Iowa, where I majored in Communication Studies. I currently live in Rockford with my husband Brent and our rescue dogs Millie and Freddie. When I’m not keeping busy with work or volunteering, you can find me on the boat, cruising the Rock River or at the dog park with Millie and Freddie.
